I graduated in 2012 with a Master in Bioinformatics at Saarland University. Since then, I work as a Full Stack Developer, currently at Sopra Steria, focussing on Java and PHP.

Teamhub club management

I am the founder of Teamhub a Germany based club management software (Vereinsverwaltungssoftware) with focus on data privacy. Teamhub is used by clubs like Letzte Hilfe, Advance Care Planning international and the Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Biomedizinische Ethik in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and around the world.

Web app: Learn the 20 proteinogenic amino acids

This open source web application aims to help university students learn the 20 proteinogenic amino acids. The original idea was developed at the university in 2007 and is continually improved upon. Have a look at the source code at GitHub.

Language Learning Plattform Gengo

I am co-founder of the Language Learning Plattform Gengo, providing German students of the Japanese language an interactive platform to improve their language skills in conjunction with the book Japanisch im Sauseschritt (the German version of Japanese for Busy People).
We also provide a smartphone app aimed at learning the Japanese alphabet.
