Just another thing - is it possible to make the name recgonition less sensitive (that you don't have to exactly write the same name)?
It happend a few times to me - for example Glutamninsäure and Valin# was wrong - but, as you can see, I ment the correct thing. Of course this wouldn't happen to me in the exam, but with a keyboard it's a bit different ;-) ...

There is a small detail which catched my eye, that might be not exactly correct:
/ smart ass mode on
The carboxyl group is always protonated here (COOH) whereas the amino group is deprotonated (NH2).
If I'm not totally wrong, this constellation is not occuring in a molecule. With a strong acid pH both groups would be protonated (COOH, NH3+), does the pH rise first the carboxyl group does lose a proton (H+). If the pH is neutral pH=7 we would have COO- and NH3+

I don't think the program makes that much sense. I would display the amino acids as formulas. It doesn't look that nice, but is much better for studying, because you don't have to rethink.
Why are the amino acids in the overview ordered that strangely?

The order of the amino acids is alphabetical. This might seem odd concerning the function, but it makes it easier to find them.

Something annoying: -the same amino acid is asked to often (randomize functino seems not to work that well)
Something I like is that you can't immediately see which amino acid is given (some views are kind of twisted), you first have to adapt and and think.
I also think it would be interesting if you'd change the Ball-and-Stick model.
